I can see both sides here totally. I mean, Izzie has a rough life with her home life with her narcissistic mother. Doug is trying to be protective of Casey because he believes that she is one of the big reasons for her stress. But they aren’t fully hearing each other out. Doug doesn’t know what Izzie goes through. Izzie truly does love Casey, but at the same time doesn’t know what she wants and is deep down very hurt and insecure. So yeah, I see where they both are coming from.
