Good to see officers acting professional and respectful of the public's rights. 👍 Property at the end is Citgo/Marathon Pipeline fuel terminal. Tanks in the background are Buckeye Terminal /Tim's Truck Services off Brandt. Greenbelt along the powerlines is the old Baltimore $ Ohio RR North Dayton Branch. Used to connect to (now) CSX main line just before crossing the Miami River. Sunoco Dayton Terminal is Sunoco Partners Marketing. Behind and beside is Kinder Morgan Dayton Terminal/ KM Phoenix Holdings off Brandt. The two story office building is Lykins Energy Solutions owned by Farr Investors. Lykins Energy Solutions provides fuel & utility delivery services for residential and commercial customers and a subsidiary World Kinect Energy. Across the street from the Sunoco Terminal was the former Innovative Weld Solutions building. July 2019 shows start of demolition with concrete blocks out to the road. Possibly damaged from the May 2019 tornados. Property on the market afterwards. Aerial shows most of the demolition complete and slight color to trees so guess the aerial about October 2019. Appears a local trucking may have purchased that property. May all your encounters with Dayton PD be as cordial.
1990 property records show the western half of the old Baltimore & Ohio RR was dedicated to create Janney Road, dead end off Kuntz Road. Property records give no details on the remaining eastern segment. Either still held by a CSX property holdings or parcels also transferred to the city/county but not reflected in the property record cards. Segment between Kuntz and Old Troy was sold 2005 for commercial warehouse use.
GemCity News, I see your keeping the public servants accountable in your town. I seen you were wondering and asking about me in DMA's live chat. Which was surprising. Thought I drop in and say thanks for standing up for our rights 💪✊️💯
@GemCity News Sound like your not to far from Farmington NM. I actually went live this morning, about trying to get an officer's body camera that threatened me with unlawful arrest. Farmington P.O. J. PRINCE. Terrible and unprofessional public servants here in San Juan County. They don't understand we have a right to keep them accountable. The superiors are not trained on the 1st Amendment whatsoever 👊✊️💯
“It’s not most cops, it’s just a few bad apples.” Bad apples? That almost makes it sound nice. I’ve had a bad apple. It was tart, but it didn’t choke me out. Here’s the thing. I know it’s hard being a cop. I know it’s hard. I know that sht’s dangerous. I know it is, okay? But some jobs just can’t have bad apples. Some jobs, everybody gotta be good. Like...pilots. You know? American Airlines can’t be like, ‘Most of our pilots like to land. We just got a a few bad apples that like to crash into mountains. Please bear with us.” And some of those, often with 3 stripes, like to make that plane do a few 360s and other acrobatics before the mountain.
Well they know that they have to work 🙄 with the public when they take the job so I think if you can't handler the striss to the point you put your hands on people then maybe you shouldn't 🤔 be a cop 🤔 THE PROUBLE WITH THE GOOD ONES IS THEY KEEP WHAT THE BAD ONES DO TO THEM SELF BECAUSE THEY ARE AFAID what will happen not all but most of them 💯THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO MUCH RESPECT BE SAFE ✌💜🥰
Glad you put this up. It's easy to lump all of them into one pile. However, just because they know the law here, doesn't mean they won't jump you if a higher authority tells them to. Their job depends on following orders, not about what's lawful.
