I smoke weed everyday but in the evening after work and after completing everything I prepared to do in the morning, weed is not good but for you to be in a good mental space when doing drugs you also have to be very very present, ata meditation has to be focused on realistic stuff not eutopia, yaani you have to so present mpaka when you notice something wrong with your mental health you stop for a few days even something as small as a headache. Am not trying to encourage anyone to start smoking because it might be the only decision that destroys your whole life but for those who consume it understand that discipline is everything and your life cannot be dependant on any drug.

I think my hubby has bipolar..he talks too much and can tarnish your name with no reasom..he's short tempered and he's always negative on everybody..when in a conversation he can talk and argue with almost everything and doesn't like being corrected even when wrong ..that can cause drama of speech...he just knows everything to me i even think hes spiritually tomented..this has made him to face rejection and he is treated like an outcast..they never involve him in family issues becoz they think he is insane, he faces rejection even from his close family..iam in dilemma but now i understand..thanks to this show
