Thanks EBM for the clarification on the education level.... I am ugandan but i was soon asking if there is minimum number of grades or points in high school for one to qualify. because in uganda one has to atleast have two principal passes to be regarded as a high school graduate. but now i understood.. so even if one did not get good grades or points as long as he finished high school, he's good to go.
