鹽焗雞用煮的還是要用蒸的,因為很喜歡吃但不大會做,看你們吃的好香,超愛的
兩種都得 最好用鹽焗雞粉醃雞 然後滾水煮5分鐘左右熄火或者細火燜

感觉肠胃功能不好的,还是煮鸡汤使用。我记得有次我爸爸水土不服旅游路上一直拉肚子,我们去买了活杀珍珠鸡,回来煮汤,里面就只放黑木耳。烧好带给他。马上就好了。
