- OMG GUYS! I think I've gained some weight after this trip because we've been eating a lot! Nevertheless, I really enjoyed this trip hunting down these restaurants rated with Michelin Star! But there are some food that doesn't live up to the standard I'm expecting, check out my reaction to that! 😂

usually when people dont like the food, they have the waiter return it to the kitchen.. Jamie was so humble and respectful that she just spoke with her language and ate the food lol.. she's so cute and hilarious! im laughing hard watching this vlog.. i think this is my favorite vlog amongst all your beautiful vlogs..

@@Macbasil Because the time zone doesnt correspond with the solar zone. In the past they wanted to have the shame time zone of Berlin, but geographically we should have London's time zone. So, when a Spanish clock strikes 10, it's actually 9 o'clock in Spain

It gets quite cold in the north of Spain( Basque Country where you´ve been) when it rains even in summer. I´m so glad that you like the autthentic Basque cuisine much more than the molecular/ fusion food that they offer in the Michelin restaurants! PS: Kalimotxo( Calimocho) is 1 part red wine and 2 parts cola.
I could relate as I once left my Chanel handbag under my seat on my flight to Frankfurt and was horrified when I went to transfer to my next flight and realized that my bag was missing including passports, credit cards, etc. Could have kicked myself. Your partner is so nice after your bag was stolen. Anyway, I tried a couple of 3 Michelin star restaurants in San Sebastian and found the food to be amazing, although, half the time, I didn't know what I was eating. I had pinchos there for the first time. The best meal I ever had in Spain was at a local stop on the highway - perfectly roasted lamb. OMG! I'm drooling right now. Thanks for the video. What a nice experience.

@@nicolesanderson8757, so sorry for responding late, but was away on holiday and didn't check my mails. The Lufthansa rep asked me if I had money in the bag and I said I didn't care about the money but only my CC handbag and of course our pass ports. He gave me a strange look and offered to ride over on his cycle to the terminal for m and get the bag.. However, someone gave it to another Lufthansa employee and he brought my CC bag to the Lufthansa deskl. I had $700 inside and everything else was in tact. Who said Germans aren't nice? I thought my husband would be reprimanding me but he only put his arms around me and told me not to worry. Phew! What an experience. We made our flight with half hour to spare and had a great trip in Italy. Thanks for asking.

Jamie, I loved this!! and I missed you by a week - we were in Paris then San Sebastian & Barcelona doing the exact same thing: visiting all the Michelin Star restaurants on our honeymoon. Alameda in San Seb. was actually very good. Atari was our fave place for casual drinks and pintxos (and yes it was very cold in San Sebastian!). I would have loved to bump into you. We were in Florence when you posted this video and I told my husband "omg! they are on the same trip we are! ". I did a little shopping at the very first Gucci store ever open in 1921 which is in Florence. If you're in Florence any time soon, I highly recommend Locale, it's amazing! Love your videos!
