Almost half of America is convinced Trump is good, Biden is bad, the 88 charges against him is a witch hunt, and there is no evidence. We know this is false, it's not an opinion, it's fact This should be the biggest national emergency, but they ignored it and let the lies have some perceived merit. This is not about policy. These people tried to steal an election, and we're just letting them get away with it. If this was happening in another country we would of condemned it. I hope there is a contingency plan in place if he wins the election, or are we just going to let these people take our rights away?

But the federal government does have the ability to be criminally charged for any interference or violation of criminal court proceedings that maliciously undermine the due process and constitutional protections that protect the judicial process! And the state has a right and duty to prosecute those that violate the constitutional protections and corruption of the legal process from any attempt to obstruct the process of justice and to influence the outcome of a criminal trial! The state is to insist that a state and federal investigation be held to facilitate a criminal decision on the intentional and complete violation of an independent state legal system and the protection for the people and their rights to justice without any interference, denying them the right of an equal opportunity to receive justice!
