If you dont live here you wont understand. Pasco was over run with crime and drugs not long ago. Nocco has legitimately cleaned up our streets and community. He's a dickhead no doubt but we needed that kind of mentality here. I feel a lot better going to downtown NPR with Nocco as our Sherrif. Whole area has been cleaned up and with the help of NPR police it's turned into a nice place to go again.
