JOHN TURTURRO: Master Class | TIFF Industry Conference 2013

One-on-one conversation with one of the greatest character actors of our time. John Turturro has appeared in over sixty feature films in the past three decades and is a regular collaborator of the Coen Brothers (Miller's Crossing, Barton Fink, The Big Lebowski, Oh Brother, Where Art Thou? ) and Spike Lee (Do the Right Thing, Jungle Fever, Miracle at St. Anna). In addition, he has worked with Martin Scorsese (The Color of Money), Robert de Niro (The Good Shepherd) and Noah Baumbach (Margot at the Wedding). This session covered Turturro's acting career and his numerous forays into directing, which include Mac,Illuminata, Romance & Cigarettes, Passione and his latest effort Fading Gigolo, starring Woody Allen, Sharon Stone and Sofia Vergara .

Very enjoyable, but where does the "master class" part come in? More of an interview and Q&A. Seems like marketing of the seminar.
