Manoj and Surabie's talk explores how automation platforms can be leveraged to automate manual, repetitive tasks and improve the current workflows of the FastLane program. For the project, custom reports on Salesforce, dashboards on PowerBI and automated workflows on Zapier were built to efficiently track onboarding and event engagement data. The goal of the automation project was to increase efficiency and strengthen the impact, success and community of the FastLane program.
