Such a bad way to demonstrate a method. There are no step by step instructions as how to tie the knot even in slow motion the hand motions are not clear. You could at least write it the method of the knot.

Nice video but it's going way too fast to follow. Also it would be helpful if there would be someone speaking telling what the hands do because not everything is really visible
