In my IS degree program I am taking a cybersecurity course that provides a CISSP certification on completion of the class. So there are definitely avenues to cybersecurity in this major. But I would try for Computer Science with a minor or cognate in Cybersecurity or a Cybersecurity degree if one is available at your school.
