I just wanted to give my explanation of what I feel a "Jericho March" is. If someone feels they have "walls" or strongholds in their life, they may feel led to start a Jericho March around the sanctuary. Other members of the congregation may join them. It is representative of those "walls" being brought down. At least that is the way it has always been in our church. We have never had one as you described with those who are marching playing instruments so other churches may have different types.

I heard the NIV cuts out super important parts of the Bible? So I am changing it to one that doesn’t cut out. But, Phil is right as long as it has the core parts of our faith.
My son and I were having a "discussion" one day. I asked him if he knew the verse in the Bible that said "honor your father and mother, that your days may be long"? He said yes. I said "let me paraphrase that for you...do what I tell you if you want to live to see tomorrow!" He smiled and we ended our "discussion" on friendly terms.

A man on the cross for theft next to Jesus who is being made to be in the public eye as a liar about being the Messiah who is mocked and ridiculed sees him as he truly is the Messiah and asked for him to take him to the Kingdom with him. As the thief is on the cross dying asked Jesus to remember him in the Kingdom and he accepts him. It is never too late to accept Jesus. If a man with his last remaining hours left can accept Jesus through mocking and ridicule you can today through the word of God.
