Anyone else not to exited over any of the new TA cards?
I mean they’re pretty unexciting BUT I’ve been a diehard Royce Lewis fan since before the Twins even drafted him so I’m at least pumped to have something to grind for in the ALC. Beyond that, TA is gonna be a pretty rewardless chore
Not even gonna try to grind it. I’ll get it done through the course of the season I ain’t grinding for 89’s in June this game is on crack

They kinda suck. It’s not even the stats. There’s just not a lot of players I get excited about. Oh well. One thing is for sure, better cards always come next week.
I put in over 300 hours completed all the programs and didn’t even get a boss pack. I usually do team affinity mini seasons. Was trying to knock that out and complete all the cards. I have a full-time job. This is just ridiculous. The amount of time they think people have.  sets have ruined this game to the point where I wouldn’t be shocked if a lot of people left.
Yes, I agree. I collected 235 cards and didn’t even come close to the collection pack. I was only 50k away from the XP reward path boss pack as well. 😢
sounds like you did something very wrong. i have a full time job and only 180 hours played. i got all 3 bosses and 2 of the collection rewards. would’ve had 3 but didn’t want to lock in some higher priced cards. this sounds like a you problem 🤷🏻♂️

I see 4 wildcard slots total and only 3 unlocks on xp bar. I thought we got one to start with snd earned the other 3? Thats what the xp bar is showing as well. But i dont have any wildcard slots unlocked. Im really confused.

I wanna see you use Bo bichette, card absolutely smash’s. I have his Silver card at parallel 5 and bat 3.37 with his card. I’m very excited that the jays finally got a good card. Another card id recommend is that Kevin pillar, he also has a great swing and hits very well lefty or righty

got to use the kevin kiermaier captain card. my favourite card really good defensively and glitchy swing hitting about 600 with it lots of extra basses hits. plus the captain boost from Jeter makes it extremely good
You can also hit RT/R2 if you want to look for your wild card when replacing any player in your lineup.

Season 2 killed my want to play. I get the idea but I only play the game with a cubs theme team and I’m back to nothing. At this point just waiting for CFB to come out
Use the cubs hitter captain and the Castillo live series boost. Fill them both up it should be possible and you’ll have a decent little squad of live series cubs and maybe a couple others if they r in the game. Idk the start of the year is always the most fun and this is kinda fresh. Maybe like 2 wildcards off the start and 5/6 total overall would be cool so ppl can go back to their favourite 99’s and have some new ones from season 2

You have to generate best squad
Press the right trigger when you’re selecting a player to put in your lineup. You also have to unlock the wild card on the XP path first.

I like grinding mlb the show. But sadly dislike the sets/season model. Cause work and spend time grinding to either get a refresh of the card i just got or underwhelming version of the card i want is disappointing. Im going to grind still even if i dont like the content structures

The card is dumb, the boost affects cards ONLY from 2010-2019 so the flashback HAS to be from that year
