- INGREDIENTS
लच्छा मठरी
मैदा - १ कप
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच + १ चुटकी
अजवाइन - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच + १.५ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार
कार्न फ्लोर - १ चम्मच

Lachha Mathri
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - ½ tsp + 1 pinch
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 tsp + 1.5 table spoon + to deep fry
Cornflour - 1 table spoon
