Isn't white noise the background sound in radio waves?? Something like that but it's the sound that you hear before slender man gets you,or the sound of a tv when it's got the black and white squares
jordan is right white noise is a static sound. unlike sine waves, square waves etc. whitenoise is just random noise. i know this because im an artist and a huge part of production is white noise. a lot of times there in dubstep snares and hihats
