When I bought my Legender 4X2 it used to give sudden heavy pickup whenever I pressed the accelerator, but after the first service there is not much thrust when accelerator is pressed rather it has become smooth, is it normal? or service centre staff has done some studpidity with my vehicle?

Hello there is no such setting that we can do to make it smooth or give it more thrust.
And in first service only lubricants level are checked and washing is done so I don't think so service has done something.
It should be normal you might be just feeling it
