Randy, I have never looked into who you are, outside of hunting videos. I must say that you are a wonderful person. As far as the hunting goes, you give us hunters something to aspire too. I used to be in “the industry “ many years ago, and I can say there are not many of you setting a good example. The people who share camp with you probably would t be there if you didn’t see that example in them as well. I like that you brag about others, but not yourself… only thing is people brag about you with love. Keep up the excellent work, keep doing things for others.
Thanks for your dedication and showing the hard work and passion involved in all hunting. My best buddy and myself are driving to Pagosa Springs Colorado in November for OTC elk. Purchased a wall tent and will make it a yearly hunt. Been wanting to do it for 20 years.

Lying here with damned Covid and binge watching Randy's video's, makes me feel a bit better and just wondering, should I even consider going back one day? My stent sorted me out back in March (that was close to meeting my maker!), I'm back to full fitness, (apart from the Covid glitch) but do the Montana natives want me chasing their game again? I should count myself fortunate, I've had 2 bulls in 4 visits, all DIY on public as promoted by Randy, but being realistic I'm 62 now, perhaps I should just call it a day and be thankful for what I have done to date, hell there are plenty of deer to shoot in England. Great film chaps.

Good shooting guys. Impressed with the new Howa rifles. Comfy camp, great pack animals and good friends cant be beat. Im ready to leave Alaska and get back down south. When I used to live in CO I had spruce hens fly out while stalking a bull with my bow and whole herd spooks. I hate those things 😣. You guys should tan those hides and make elk mittens and muzzleloader ball pouches 🤣

Of course the year I draw a General Elk tag for Montana, the US/Canada border is closed and not looking like it’s gonna open any time soon...so I turned the tag in. Oh well, I got a bear tag, 3 white tail tags and maybe a moose tag in Ontario so I’ll make the best of it!
