I think Tehzeeb Pizza is fine but it is a desi version of Pizza. In Chaklala I see it selling like hot cake all the time with many people waiting for their Pizza to be ready. I find the least rush at Dominos and I don't like it either. A decade ago Pizza Hut used to be the best but they have gone down.

Cheezious was the best until they lasted. Their quality took a nose dive and price hiked. Still better than others in Isloo but I'd rather prefer the pizza I make myself than any in Islamabad. The thing that matters is how you prepare the dough and age it in a fridge over multiple days. The other thing which matters the most is the quality of the cheese. I use a mix of low-moisture Mozzarella, Emmental-er, Edam-er and Gouda cheese (hard-to-find variety whichever can be found). The use of a pre-heated pizza stone in the oven or a thick steel plate is essential unless you want to make a soggy t*rd. Authentic New York-style pizza is what I try to achieve.

The worst thing about chezious is there crust its not good at all and some time not properly cooked and crushed but overall taste is best. The best crust i think is of papa jhons its amazing but the flavours are not like chezious
