Yone for me isn't so stressful (in my low elo at least). I just let him push and focus on last-hitting minions and poke him with E and ghouls when I can. Once I get maiden, that's when I start to get more aggressive and fight. Usually, since Yone players tend to be aggro and push in, I get ganks, too. So being patient until you hit 6 and a component really makes a big difference.
