Farsi is a beautiful language. I don't know what people speak in Qatar but, when I was there the women spoke a beautiful language. I just met a woman who can speak Farsi ! She is from Iran. I am sorry I don't that much about that side of the world.
people in Qatar speak arabic, and trust me arabic and farsi are two complet different languages, and both of them are beautiful and hard to speak and learn
Vampire Movies I recommend you should see are 30 days of night, Dracula 2000 (with Gerard Butler) and Vampires (staring James Wood) and if you have the time should see Let Me In(staring Chloe Moretz) And just for the hell of it i also recommend House of 1000 corps and my all time favorite The Devils Rejects both directed by Rob Zombie. Hope you have a chance to see these films if you only have time to see one id pick Devils Rejects. Also if you're a COF fan you should see he's movie Cradle Of Fear \m/

Anya evia well arabic and farsi are complet different languages, and they are not similar whatsoever... I can speak arabic fluently and I'm from Morroco (it's in north africa) and I don't understand a work in farsi.. it's veryy different and kinda hard I assume! I hope this answers ur question
Yeah, Farsi is part of the Indo-Iranian family of languages, closely related to Pashto, Kurdish & Balochi, and way more loosely related to the languages of the Indian subcontinent. I don't understand Farsi myself but I recognise some constructions from what I know of Pali & Sanskrit from studying Buddhism. Remember, when the Ancient Greeks were doing their thing, the Persians had this massive empire (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Achaemenid_Empire) so it's not surprising their language spread far around the region.
