Gen Asim Munir the former ISI Chief's job description was not to conduct an inquiry of the conduct of civilians. This action was beyond his mandate. Naturally, the much-trumpeted inquiry against the bogus corruption of the sitting Prime Minister's wife would have offended Khan Sahib. This is not part of the ISI job. This is a tactic to malign a national leader.
The general was appointed by Shareef family! He cannot be trusted, and was ILLEGALLY APPOINTED

Brother Saad Khan, you are right Imran Khan had instigated Gen Asim Munir to investigate the corruption of all politicians irrespective of party affiliation. This was a blunder by Khan Sahib. Why did he involve ISI in investigating the corruption of civilians? This was an illegal request &/or order. General Asim Munir should have refused to oblige as this was beyond his mandate & job description. This job should have been done by civilian armed forces such as police, FIA, NAB, etc. Khan Sahib had also committed many other mistakes which could have been easily avoided by consulting with honest & intelligent people.
