It’s quite amazing how the students at MIT are actually capable of doing all of these hacks

MIT allows the hacks, as long as the hackers don't take credit and aren't caught. Also, MIT students aren't all "privileged"; I'll go as far as to say MOST aren't. Go ruin someone else's fun

Well there is no way in 2021 anyone could not get caught doing these things. Either and ambulance was flown onto or built on the top of a dome. Can't really not get caught doing that.

They don't, it is an enormous coordinated effort of very talented students who put an insane amount of work into prepping before a hack

Because they dropped the charges when they realized that the system that he and others like him were trying to fix and prove that companies were making people and lawyers pay for information that was already in Public Domain.
Plus the laws that were being used were from the 1980’s which didn’t keep up with the explosive Leaps and bounds that Technology took. Those laws were outdated with a few years.
It was the Federal Government that wanted to go after him and use him as an example so that others wouldn’t do what he did.
And had they dropped the charges on him completely. He could had been the first Millennial to be President of the United States of America.
But because the Feds wouldn’t drop the charges his childhood dreams of becoming President were completely destroyed.

At the beginning the roof of one of the buildings there at MIT is shown with some type of equipment on it, but years previous when it was empty, one morning there was a life-size plastic cow appeared on it, presumably the cow shown at the end of the 2min video about hacking pranks at MIT University, Cambridge, Ma. USA😂😢

Funny, that would make me NOT want to go to MIT. Especially the cow stunt. Trying to track down details on what happened to the cow. (The real one, not the steakhouse plastic cow.)

And since most of these "hacks" involve some form of theft and at the very least trespass, how are they not illegal? If these weren't privileged kids it would be a very different story. And don't get me started on animal cruelty......
