That shot on the trevally... been there so many times, when you're fighting the gun round and the fish are staying just ahead of it, well done for pulling it off! Cook up looked amazing. I was starting to think you were going to eat the fish raw!! You had everything sitting prepped on the chopping board looking great... fish still raw... warmed the wraps... fish still raw... got the veg in the wraps... fish still raw... had me on the edge of my seat! 😅
Haha thanks mate! Maybe if I stayed in one position and let the trevs swim in front of me for a shot I could of made easier work of it… it turned out ok though 😆 haha no raw fish for me, some times I’ll have a little bit of sashimi, finely sliced. I really enjoy tusky in ceviche though 🤤
