Edwin, I am ashamed to say that I got away from your channel. Tonight I got notified for February baits. I am glad I watched because it reminded me why I started years ago watching you. Please keep it up and I will not back slide again. 😊
Thank you, Edwin. Hello from Virginia. I have a tournament this weekend. February 25th I don't know if you ever met the man or not. His name was Rick Tilly. He was a big time fisherman in this areahe passed away today on Sunday of pancreatic cancer and we're doing a benefit tournament for him next Sunday on the 25th on Smith Mountain Lake. Just keep him and his family in your prayers.
I’m 62 and just starting to learn about fishing for bass species. This is great info. I haven’t been able to figure out cold water. I just got a $200 fish finder. So casting is my real locator, throwing thousands of times in a day on the water. What I would like to see is a guild put into an electronics version and a water proof book. That just goes some of the basics to look at when things are just not working. It takes years for you guys to get to your level. I don’t have that kind of time left in my years, so this would help accelerate someone who’s memory ain’t what it use to be, help catch and release fish. Would this be something you may work on someday. There’s lot😊s of info out there but it’s mind boggling. Thank you.
Hit me up . I’ll share all I know. I learn every day.
I been around a while, watched you fish for a long time. Its nice to be able to sit and hear the thought process.
Thanks for the tips. I appreciate all the details you go into beyond the obvious use these baits tips.
Cold, dirty water seems to be the toughest for me to have success in. Thanks so much for the info. I really needed this video.
I really appreciate your videos, I feel you are truly trying to make us better fisherman’s.
Thank you
Hey Edwin, I’m glad you did 6 baits this month. It’s a big help to me knowing some baits to try when I am out on cold water lakes in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Thank you!
I can see how the info you shared on those 2 scenarios would work anywhere in the country, barring the very cold hard water . My confidence bait is also a blade this time of year ! Thank you Edwin !
Thanks for continuing to share your insights in helping the fishing community stay connected and grow.
Great February baits video. Appreciate the reminder on lighter spinnerbaits to get them up in the water and around the hard cover.
Hadn’t thought about fishing beyond where you can see in the water - makes sense. Thanks for sharing your monthly tips.
It’s great you do baits for different types of water. Really helps
Thanks for sharing Edwin! It is terrific how much I learn just by watching your channel. And, gotta say, your enthusiasm is contagious!
Edwin thanks for sharing this is my first time responding but I really like watching all your baits for each month and where to start at on all the different places. It's helpful learning how to fish each of the baits your using and what the fish are doing.
Have been making baits in the garage all winter. Time to get back out there. Thanks Edwin.
Great video. Can see all three water color situations in the same lake depending on where you’re fishing. I like this time of year because you can get by with 6 rods out on the deck. Thanks!
I just found your channel here on TH-cam. Living in Oklahoma myself, the info you share is perfect for the lakes we fish. Mainly fish Tenkiller and Fort Gibson.
I watch your videos, and see that you’re not only a great bass angler, but you’re also a great guy. I appreciate the information you provide, and the fact that you’re so down to earth makes me love you that much more. Blessings to all of your current and future endeavors ❤.
Thanks for another great video! I like that you not only introduce us to new baits but also explain how to fish them
Good tips for clear and dirty water. Can't wait to try these tips out this up coming weekend.
Thanks for breaking down all water conditions. Storms brining lot of cold muddy water.
Really appreciate that you give specific situations of what to do and when. Really nice to go back to old videos and have what you need for information
Thank you for tangible explanation that rookies can understand and learn too.
I appreciate the info about the transparent baits, I own a few but was never sure how or when to use them with any success. I’m glad you do these videos bc it gives me a starting point each month when I go fishing.
Thank you for taking time to share your knowledge. We all really appreciate it!
Have always loved the breakdowns you take the time to produce for us weekend anglers!
Great video series. Can’t wait to see the updates on the ponds and lake. Thanks for all the tips for us amateurs.
It is always nice to hear from others what work for them. Listening to you I noticed that I am using the wrong colors of bait. Thanks again
I can't wait to get on the water and start dragging a jig around. Thank you for your videos and good luck this year!
Just found your account the other night and started watching your videos. I’ve been struggling lately but you have given me confidence that next time I go out I will do good with what you have taught me. Keep up the great videos!
Appreciate someone else talking about winter fishing a cold weather state. I’m in Oregon and my February baits are way different than Florida, Texas, California, etc February baits. Great video
Great video! The clear/muddy breakdown was informative. When the water temperature is cold I feel like I’m not fishing slow enough.
Thanks for giving us the option for dirty and cleaner water. You’re right about those blue jig trailers. They just get bit in dirty water.
Hey Edwin been away a little and ready to get back in action with you're tips and guides thanks alot for going out of you're way to do this we all enjoy watching you and teaching us ive also seen youre new pro angler life behind the cast and im excited to watch it. stay bless stay fishing!!
Great explanation of cold muddy water column fishing. Gotta admit…the dang spinner bait is making a big comeback and is my go to as well. Excited to see the big lake build.
Great info this month. Very happy you broke it down to clear and dirty water. I fish Lake Lanier and on this lake there is always both scenerios. I will now not have to guess as much for the different water clarities. Love the new wrap on the boat. Would love to see you keep with the format you used this month.
Thank you, Mr. Evers. I fish the Santee lakes, and recently, the water has become very stained from a windy cold front. Your are spot on for bait selection as I would exspect from a pro. Great video.
I can use those baits on Douglas Lake in Sevierville. Thanks
Thanks so much for the video EE! I’ve been having a real rough time so far this year, but skunks can’t keep me away from the water. Mama didn’t raise a quitter! Can’t wait to test some of these on my lake, thanks so much for your insight and best of luck with the lake!!
Thanks for sharing! I think I speak for most all subscribers here when I say I look forward to your baits of the month videos!
Thanks again, Brian Scott
Alabama
Those red craw baits work great in the North Texas lakes and Lake Fork in the span. Thanks for all the helpful tips you give out they have helped out.
Thanks so much for the February tips. I’m ready to get on the water here in Illinois. Best of luck to you in the 24 season, I know you will knock it out of the park.
Thank you for always sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience! I appreciate your honesty and personal integrity.
I love your pick 3 baits videos!!! I just have so much confidence in your opinion on what to throw. Thanks E2!!
Thanks for down to earth info Mr. Evers. Very easy to watch and learn!
Thanks Double E. Got me thinking about shallow fishing when the lake has turned over and the effects of the Sun. always thought I should go deeper and fish move a little deeper because of cold Feb temps. Gonna tie some on
Love these tips! With your advice I always feel more confident going out.
Edwin, I love how you broke down Feb fishing into muddy water and clear water baits. Great summaries. You have a gift for putting the hay down where the goats can get it. Thank you!
😂🙏💕
Love all the information you give and intensity you have for bass fishing!
Really appreciate all of the work and breakdown that goes into these videos. Always something new to learn...goodluck this season!
Thank you so much. Randomly got a notification for this video and I've never seen your channel. As a guy that always uses lures cause I like active fishing, thank you for making a video with both clear and dirty water applications. Hopefully I'm closer to not being the buddy that never catches anything. Cheers!
I can see in my tackle box, legacy baits that these would match, and it’s cool to see you go through them. And I remember tournaments when a certain color just dominated, angler after angler. 😊
I really appreciate you talking about fish behavior in dirty vs clean water and being tight to cover Thanks for all the info
Thank You for the video. Very helpful. I fish Toledo and Rayburn and been having trouble getting bit. First year to have a boat during this time of year, so your knowledge is helpful and greatly appreciated.
Edwin, Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I hope to see you have an excellent year on tour.
Thanks again for great enfo edwin.i live in alabama where if you don't like the weather give 30 minutes an it will change.have bass on a rooster tale here in February. Thanks for all your help.
Thanks for the great tips. Where I fish, Lake Wylie, Sc, the water is dirty and cold and these tips will surely help out!
Thanks for a great update in February. I like the fact you did both muddy/stained water and clear water. I would love to try the new Berkley Dime baits.
Always look forward to the monthly baits video! Never tried a spinnerbait with a white blade. Can’t wait to try one out the next time I go fishing. Thanks for the tips!
Great advice appreciate u taking your time and trying to help others be better at something they love as much as u do. Thanks again
Love your information. I watch every month and apply these techniques. Thanks for sharing the knowledge!!!
Congratulations on getting approved for the lake build. Love all your videos and info. Tight lines.
Edwin, I also enjoy how you teach and share your knowledge and experience with us. Happy Cranking.
Edwin, thank you for the information. I too tend to fish too deep when it’s muddy water. When I look back to the fish I caught in the last month they are in the upper water column. I will use your tips for this February fishing.
Love your videos! A buddy and I are joining a local club for the first time and first tournament is in Kentucky in March. We are from Indiana so figure the Feb baits would be good for around here in March. So thank you for all the ideas and knowledge you share!
Stained and muddy is all I generally fish so thanks for this video. I was seeing 46 degree water temps in mid November here in ohio. I'm ready for spring 🎣
Great video I've only had a boat 6 months. 2 days ago went on my 1st cold water fishing. Muddy water and It was a bust. I'm going to go again in a few days and try your advice. This really helps the leaning curve and gives beginners a place to start. Thanks
Congrats on the approval! These tips really help. May God richly bless you and your family!
Thank you for the tips and cool information Mr Evers …cold water is good water when it is mid to high waters and shallow is a good fishing spot .. thank you
I struggle this time of year for some reason hoping to get out of the February funk. Thanks for sharing the tips and top baits.
These videos replenish my confidence tank , good luck in 2024 Edwin
Fishing here in NorCal for spots in cold and dirty water can be humbling. There are days you question why your even out there. But this video really provided great info especially staying above the water column in that dirty water. 🍻
Thanks for covering muddy water we have a lot in early spring. And good luck on the big lake
Edwin ,You so right about sun does make them more up on top of the water Colum, I live in Washington State and have caught 6 pounders on top water on a Burke Pop Top in 43 degrees in February 2 feet from shore 3 feet of water.
Good baits. I love cranking in the winter/spring and the money badger is awesome. Looking forward to watching you fish on the tour.
Great to know I've been in SW Oklahoma for 10 years now and originally from East Texas and I will be trying your clear lake baits down here on Lake Latonka and others in the area. Thank you for the info and good luck this year!
I enjoyed your information on fishing in different conditions. I hope this will help me a lot on the lake for my second year of fishing in a kayak. Thanks an look forward to seeing how the small mouth pound turns out.
Once again appreciate you giving us some of your knowledge and helping us too be better anglers looking forward to the next 💪💪

Love February fishing in GA. Always good tips. Good luck this year!
Edwin, thanks for the video! I love the confidence that you have! It really helps me go into my fishing with confidence!
E2 never fails to throw us some great knowledge. This time of year is always so tough to spend a day out in the cold chasing after just a few bites. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us!
I love that you do the baits of the month. I’ve went back and watched your videos for same month, a different year and incorporate all of them together. Always good info. Thank you.
Best fishing content on the intertubes. Thanks for the channel. I got shut out on a cold muddy lake Sunday, I threw a bladed bait, had I seen this probably would have went with a spinnerbait
Awesome tips about the shallow dirty water! I can’t wait to get out in a couple weeks. Thanks!
Love that you pros are doing these youtube channels. Especially when you do these informative videos. Keep it up sir.
Really appreciate the different baits for the different visibility based on water clarity. We have had lots of heavy rain in NorCal lately and muddy water but also have drier winters with clear water.
I like the stain and clear water, but it always depends on the water temp, sun, and wind. Thanks for the wonder opportunity and sharing of information. All the best.
I love watching these video’s leading up to going fishing, makes me tie on some different baits and some new baits you show us on here. Thanks for sharing these every month.

I live in Houston now and get to go fishing all winter long and after watching your videos I learned so much, last year I caught my PB because of your suggestions. Keep up helping us amateurs.
About 2 years ago I picked up a frittside 5 ghost morning dawn and it has become a 100% confidence bait for me. Your mention on the translucent baits make me believe I’m on the right track. Love the videos
