This reminds me of the saying that revenge is a dish best served cold. I feel for Tamar. How would she feel at the thought of running into Amnon if she left the house? Did that fear confine her to the house? Did Amnon get away with this because he was the crown prince? He did a terribly evil and cruel thing. At least Tamar received some justice and God allowed it.
