Amazing video, thank you!! How do you think Nova's 1v1 is right now? Is the lack of protection a big issue against perma SA classes? That's the only thing that keeps me skeptical about maining the class
TL;DR AT BOTTOM Nova 1v1 in base form is ok damage but really protected Accel with combust life used during it (10 second super armor) is very very strong damage and very very very protected (Can still be deleted through SA damage tho) After that she still has very very strong damage but her biggest movement ability (Accel break orbit) is on a 2 second CD and has no protection used when off CD so basically your only ways of being protected during Accel are using SA abilities, sitting in Q block, stationary SA lingers that leave you vulnerable (Accel Fleche, Frozen ring from hotbar or Queen's Gambit to name a few) or positioning to safe locations with burst movement such as Comet or Accel Swooping ring My Advice to you if starting the class or skeptical about maining it is to be comfortable not relying on Accel as a win crutch. You will improve tremendously mastering base form and only need to use Accel in 1v1's to burst an evasion player or for group PvP such as 1vX and up. Nova PvP is VERY different compared to the rest of the classes in BDO. It's not your standard 1 2 3 ok repeat go button class. It's more so of a you work with what you got depending on the situation and skills you have available to use, as you will use abilities in multiple ways as either poking, movement, or catching in no selective order. It gets a little more complicated in 1vX and large scale (if you do not have objects to charge accel for free) as not only do you have to wait for key opportunities to engage but Accel management becomes an important factor to how your fights go. ANYWAYS to answer your question TL;DR - VERY STRONG if you put time into learning the class
I believe you can get the basic inputs down in a couple of hours. The class has a very high skill ceiling and every player has a different playstyle in how they handle her in 1v1's, 1vx, capped and AoS content. There's a very detailed comment below with a bigger explanation
