Not really. Its not well known but some people have already caught on to it. There's people that you can pay to come in with the SICC full of keys in a lootable slot such as the backpack or chest rig. They will even come at you fully geared to make it seem like your fighting a normal person to seem real. This is their delivery method for streamers so they dont get called out. Majority of the time its a hacker to ensure you get the keys and that no one else kills him.

Many say, your key, your loot, which i think is a fair approach. I still rotate with big drops, with my friends. this way, everyone takes turn with taking big drops and nobody gets left out.

It's not a spawn on Woods, necessarily. It's the backpack. Backpacks/Rigs can spawn a number of places and may have random loot inside them when you search them, including Red keycards.
IVE SPAWNED WITH THEM BEFORE(Red keycards) and didn't know what they were. So I didn't care to extract it right away. Lost it on shoreline.
