@Crown Geek- it didn't work. Had to delete the content in the DLL file, but then when I opened Setup, after the choices up to 6:45 in the video I got an error message saying "The PC must support TPM 2.0, and another line "The processor isn't supported for this version of Windows". What can I do?
And my system not support window 11. My computer is only Dell Optiplex 390 SSF, 8gb single channel ram, i3 2120... but still can update 21h2 to 23h2 smoothly.

Following the method, it still stops with the message "We can't tell if your PC is ready to continue installing Windows 11". Someone needs to come up with a way to bypass that check for being ready. Apparently it's not in the appraiserres.dll file.

@CrownGEEK I looked through some of your videos, cloning virtual operating systems, so I can play with them, if they get infected, so what, I just delete that one and clone another with all the files I want at the ready. Cheers CG, love the videos, very helpful indeed.
i have downloaded English-International because my installed language is en-GB, unfortunately didn't work still the same version. i hope you have a fix.
So in settings change all your languages to english (united states) and of you scroll down a bit in the same page theb you see "administrative language settings" also change it there... Then restart and use the international setup that you downloaded

24h2 is the newest build version which came out on October of this year, 23h2 is outdated now
