Good video for MMC related to only one feature. But could you help me what is the calculation if both the measure feature and the datum feature together have also an MMC? Can I add both of them to position tolerance or no? What makes the sense of applying MMC to the datum feature? Thank you.
Hi Thanks Modifier used in datum frame is called MMB ie maximum material boundary conditions. If features of sizes used it can be applied. MMC and MMB are two conditions and can be applied together. But bonus tolerance of MMB not only applies to toleranced single feature but to all the features references to that datum frame. Please watch with calculation the video available in our channel for MMB part 1 and 2 Regards
