Watering later in the day can increase disease pressure. As you’re now creating a warm moist environment. Watering in the morning allows the water to dry off the leaves and reduce disease pressure.

I love these interviews and hope you keep doing them even into next year. For the record, I can confirm you can get 1000 pounds at least with just soil amendments, water, and maybe some miracle grow although I'm not sure how much that helps. The rest is plant maintenance and general environmental conditions.
