The conversation between Asad and his father was the most important of the episode. It was such a painful exchange between father and son. Asad loves his mother but knows she is not a particularly caring or nurturing person Sami Ji does a great job of walking this tightrope. Saba Ji plays the mother role beautifully. This is not a monster Saas she is just a self-obsessed person who can't value anyone unless it is in relation to herself. This story is about incompatible couples. Asad and Nabeel are the offspring of parents who are in a dysfunctional marriage. Nabeel has pretty much fallen in love with a woman who is very much like his mother and Asad is terrified of the idea of marriage and is worried he will have a fate that matches his father's. This is the harm done to children who grow up with parents with no, love, care, concern, respect, or dignity in their marriage. What a great topic to base a drama on. I really hope they address the age difference between the father and mother because there is one and it influences how the mother character behaves and how the father character responds. He married a younger beautiful woman who he spoilt. Dimagh kharaab ker diya uss ka aur abb woh sir chard kay bol rehe hai!! Asad is now also marrying a girl who is much younger than him, she is well-meaning but really dumb or sorry 'innocent'. I mean who organises a surprise birthday for their married brother but leaves his wife out of these plans???? This kind of stuff won't fly in her Sasural. Get ready for the difficulties Romi is about to face! She is a nice person but a pampered one and Asad is afraid of just that. Alizeh Ji and Sami Ji will do a good job with this!!
