The first time I discovered Jonathan McReynolds was in 2017... with titles as limp, maintain, the way you love me... I dived into his style of singing and worshipping Lord... May Lord grant him more inspiration to spread his gospel. We love you Jonathan McReynolds; from Togo in West Africa.
I came across him in his fist EP 2012- the guy speaks from the heart, he just keeps hitting the nail on what every believer is going through. he has come a long way and it is amazing seeing the attention he s beginning to get because we need it. Jonathan stands for "self reflection, grace of God, and the ability to be better himself so he can deal with challenges of this world in other words, he rather take the long way than get his ways which one example is this song. for that, I am grateful for his work. This is how every Christians should want to live. Not our will but God's will and being transparency is key this is why he keeps getting better cos of his ability to capture his transparency in his walk with Christ into his music.

When my grandfather was dying from cancer in 2012, I asked for God to let his will be done. When it was nearing the end of his time with us, I told God that his will WILL be done regardless. I simply started asking God to align my life to his will so that I could handle whatever he chose to do. God gave me so much strength that I was able to speak at my grandfather's funeral 🥰
I'm realizing the more I invite Jesus into EVERYTHING I do, the better it is. Whether I hang out with friends, go get something to eat, or whoever I call/text 🤍
