Due to this, if the scholars declare him an innovator after their [initial warnings] they won’t be pleased because he has already planted in their hearts that, that which was being said of him is not true.

Similarly, many ulema including Sheikh Rabee' حفظه الله have warned against such political parties that take part in democracy. You will be able to understand their misguidance better if you speak Urdu like me. Regardless, ARH deliberately brought Zafar ul Hassan from India to his platform recently and uploaded multiple of his videos. The same Zafar ul Hassan, who is a well known supporter of Jamiat, also went to a conference with "Mufti" Menk as one of the speaker. Zafar Ul Hassan is also a known ally and a friend of Jamiati Anees ur Rahman, who has publicly called Sheikh Rabee’ حفظه الله a TAKFIRI (audhubillah). Anees ur Rahman also said during the Indian elections that voting at the time of elections is the most important thing for Muslims. ARH also brought Abu Zaid Zameer to his platform, another person who supports and praises extreme Jamiati deviants like Meraj Rabbani (who said that Hindu false diety "Hanuman" was a Muslim along with many other deviant statements and Hizbi actions) and Jalaluddin Qasmi (supporter of Zakir Naik and known for his deviant statements). Furthermore, Tim Humble, who's very active on ARH's platform was seen sitting with Ali Hasan Al-Halabi, who has been refuted and called an innovator by the senior scholars like Sheikh Rabee' حفظه الله and Sheikh Ubayd حفظه الله. Lastly, the point I'm making is, our brothers at Salafi Publications who refuted him years ago were not unjust. And debating with Ahlul Bid'ah is not the only problem with ARH, contrary to common misconception. Alhamdulillah the brothers at Salafi Publications are sincere in the deen and you often see that the person they refute only gets worse and shows his true colors as the time passes. He said: “[Those who follow] the path which I and my companions follow.” [It was classed as hasan by Ibn al-‘Arabi in Ahkaam al-Quran (3/432), al-‘Iraqi in Takhreej al-Ihya’ (3/284) and al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.]
Because cleaely the prophet said islam will sepparate in 73 sects 72 will be in hellfire and only 1 in jannah. The sunnah refutes you and comfirms the validity of salafia.
