His name is Vazgen Gevorgyan & he's the one who's not only studied the Tatev site & region for around 15 yrs. but also personally witnessed the anomalous (known since ancient times) events associated with that site (on Aug. 11) as a result of having taken many family camping trips there during the time of the Navasart (Ancient Armenian Calendar) New Year. He's also the one who's invited many experts/scientists (mostly from Russia) to take part in his studies, experiments & research work. Are you Armenian? If so, you could find some of his interviews & books on the subject. If you're not Armenian, perhaps I could translate some of the things he explains during his video interviews.
