Newish player (started end of 1.2) I have everyone except Diggers, and I've already somewhat build Necrologist, so I think getting her to P1 is the right play. She was huge for me this UTTU, and an extra 10% team damage seems great.
Moxie control by itself really isn't that great though especially since it's on his 2 star above version unlike Melania that also does so with a 1 star card after ultimg
Baby blues debuff/Ultimate combo causing Nightmare stealing a round from all enemies every time you pull it off, which is basically every time you use her ultimate doesn't get enough credit/attention
X's moxie stealing ultimate has come in clutch for me on many occasions, also he's my only viable Intellect unfortunately as well and so many boss fights are Spirit so that's another reason he's higher for me personally at this time as well
Just get the character you like. As in any gacha games, these 5 star characters will be or already power crept as the game progress. They all will fell off the meta eventually. Might as well pick a character you like, someone you don't regret even if they not meta anymore. However if you are a new player, then I reccomend Bkorn and Baloon Party too. Excellent choice there.
The only 5 star I don't have is X so I'm glad he isn't someone I'm missing out on! I just started reverse 1999 and i just looked up "reverse 1999 5 star healers" and immediantely picked balloon party cuz she looks cute and shes a healer😃😃

(Charlie P2 and has 2 6* healers already) Balloon Party for my 3rd account (Only have TF and Balloon Party as healers, P2 Shamane replaces Bkorn for sub-DPS and debuffing role in a team with A-Knight)

I think you'll find healers are the 2nd most important units in the game right under DPS. So if you don't really have a crazy good healer then I'd go for that. Dikke is fine but trust me when you do the harder stages you'd want a really reliable one and BP is great for that because of her counter. I never used her for ages, then when I got like my 3rd copy I finally decided to use her. After keeping her as my 2nd best healer (I have 🦷 🧚♀️) by chance I got her to P4 and she has carried my team's through so many hard stages, sometimes winning solely because she not only kept the team alive but the boss ended up killing themselves because of her crazy balloon passives/counters. Bkorn is one of my favourites in general but if I didn't have a good healer I would get BP 💯

If you already have two six star healers, Bkorn. Otherwise, BP. We have future six star supports in the pipeline, but as of 1.6 there haven't been any more healers.
Bkorn is great for a poison team with Jessica and Sotheby. The poison team can blow through a lot of content fairly easily even if you don't have the right aff. matchups. BP is very good generally if you need a healer and she's got a counter on her heals which can help in fight a little. I've found that I use Bkorn more than BP mainly because I have other healers - Sotheby and Tooth Fairy. I feel like TF is the best healer so she's my go to healer unless I'm using a poison team.
Gonna pick Bkornblume cause she is i3 p4 r10 with lvl60 refine 3 luxurious psycube. otherwise balloon party is my secound choice i3 p3 r9 lvl50 decode psycube.
Pretty sure that kanjira isn’t on the selector bcs these are meant for characters that are already on the standard banner as of 1.4 (which is why there’s diggers even tho he’s from 1.1), and kanjira will be added to standard banner at 1.6
Bkorn and bp are the best to get portraits imo, very nice char selector. Reverse 1999 is just a blast!

Yeah I love trying to spam her ultimate for that reason. Helps that I've gotten her to P3 so the ultimate is pretty beefed up.
