Yes it can be definitely done using opensource. for auto call you can use opensource dialer such as vicidial that I have trained here. For local LLM you can use opensource hosted models but it wont be as easy as what I explained here with signalwire. But if the question is that is it possible . the answer is yes

This is not a module . A cloud service by SignalWire that I explained how to integrate it with your local SIP PBX.
