The Tip Toe routine Kite always does isnt good popping in my opinion. He's mostly just bouncing around, Green even brings attention to it at 08:05 - he's good but Im not sure popping is where that belongs. Greenteck is a great popper, hits every beat and has great popping foundations. Feel free to rage over my comment, but thats how I feel.

What you call the "Tip Toe Routine" was created by a pioneer of popping, Poppin' Pete. He called this style Crazy Legs. Kite uses his own version of it, which is his own style and plays a huge role in his popping. Popping is where his Crazy Legs style belongs to since that's where it came from in the first place. I understand that this is your opinion, but it's kind of harsh (and in my opinion wrong) for you to try to consider what's "good popping". Why should popping be limited? We should be able to combine styles in our own way and use them to our advantage when we dance. The ideas that people can come up with are endless! At the end of the day, that's what we're doing regardless of whatever style we choose, Dancing.
Madoka was Kite's downfall here. Bad optics. Patting his ass at his opponent's. He seemed to lose his rhythm by the second song. Kite was masterful, however. Kite shouldn't have used that talk to the hand move. He had it up till then.

Greenteck will make u look silly sometimes. He did great in this comp. But I've seen him embarrass competitors before and it wasn't pretty. But Kites my dude man. Homeboys got them feet and thats what he's famous for. I mean look at the venue of people coming to see especially Kite.
To me all three poppers are very good and the dark guy with the flowery shirt was not very good - his popping was too loose and shaky - he was the only that was not good, but his partner was a good popper. but that is why overall I think the guys in the red and black should have won.
I actually don't understand how Greenteck is considered good coz he doesn't feel the music maan, all he does is be technical even if it is out of music. He then hits those big beats that everyone can hit good and then wins for it -_- Teck's partner was amazing though :3 Really funky and on beat
+Shan Shin I disagree. Greenteck has more natural bounce and groove than some hip hop dancers do! In terms of popping, he is very technical but I think he demonstrates that he feels the music, especially back in the day 2009-13. Nowadays he is more technical (Boog) than creative but that was because he was always accused of doing to many floor/wow moves - there is no pleasing people. This is not his best battle by any stretch of the imagination. I prefer Ness in this one but it is crazy to suggest that Green is not one of the best poppers out there.
