@Eragon1 Doing homework before going home (if you don't have friends to hang out with) helps a ton, there are generally a lot of ways to cram it somewhere instead of not doing anything. That way you'll be able to have a full 7-8 hours of sleep.

My routine it was almost like you but i couldnt sutain to sleep properly. I had to change my routine and let go somethings for my own health. having a healthier routine work better in the long run than what i had.
I used to have a tight schedule during my high school days. Haha I'm embarrassed to say this myself but my tight schedule was not due to being as hardworking as you but mostly because am a massive procrastinator. I usually wouldn't get shit done before midnight especially during my preparation for my exams. Welp safe to say I'm regretting those days.
I stock trade from 9:30-12. Eat relax. Work from 2-10 at WAWA. Then I go to the gym after (planet fitness) only one open 24hrs. Then I sleep until 9 and fall asleep at like 12-1. Everyday. No school. Just self growth
