Drs. It seems to me that the current way of measuring the annuli (and consequent selection) is grossly inadequate. You are looking at a projection. The point in the cardiac cycle is all-important. Finally, competency tests performed by the surgeon post-repair are not realistic. Dr. Martin touched on this at the end of this wonderful presentation. Please explore this problem in any new videos you would be kind enough to produce. From a practical point of view, sizing is all-important. Late TR data controlling for all variables except annulus size would be very helpful.
