You can tell the difference between genuine fans that are built over time and token Stans who only know your hits. These token stans get confused with real fans which makes people think they are more popular than they are… until their first week numbers or ticket sales drop. I think Doja is token stanned without much of a real fanbase to fall back on when the tiktok hits stop.
