@Hiba Salameh It's not the first comment in this video, but the first comment in this channel in another video. I said that to show I've followed this channel for more than they assumed of me.
Jennifer - "I lost my dad when I was 20. I wish he could see how proud he would be now." Jennifer - Completely destroys the competition with kindness and grace. Well done to you and your wonderful father that raised you well. He's big proud.
@@dominikabanas6700 you should! You're not supposed to eat the stems. And yes, you *can* eat them, but it's really unnecessary and unpleasant to have to eat stems.

So that others can (PLEASE) let me, or anyone else, know if I have used the pronouns correctly, or not. I admittedly cannot say I fully understand how to use everything correctly and/or grammatically correct. I think it is important that myself and others can be called out if it's just not done right. I have absolutely 💯 respect and can only hope that if (and likely when) I mess it up or make a mistake others know it is not from a place of negativity. Edit * i was told that Jennifer may use they/them pronouns. I haven't found anything to confirm that so have left my original comment. If that is incorrect, please let me know. Thx
Amusing to me Claudio is like, oh they didn't clean the beans properly (remove the stems) given Jennifer and Andre discussed beforehand they like leaving the stems in and that it fits the dish's rustic presentation of a partridge in its nest.
The desserts look breathtaking. I would love to eat both of them. But I am kinda surprised the red team won bc I had the feeling the blue team was just slightly ahead during the tasting? But all 4 of them are absolutely amazing cooks, all of them would have deserved to be in the finals
It seemed quite close in the end, but I think the corn dish for the red team and the refinement of their squash dish pulled them ahead. I believe the judges were looking more for elegance then homestyle in this particular competition and the red team brought that elegance to their first and last dish.
people actually eat small portions like this for dinner......... and on top of that, the smallest dinners are literally the most expensive on the menu.
Since this is just a test, they only have 3 courses. Normally the chef will prepare 5 courses for you (you'll see that in Hell's Kitchen series, the 2 finalists need to create 5 courses). An average diner will feel pretty full.
I have never seen so many adults talk about beans in this serious way
BAHAHAHAHA
Now that you say it like that....
😂😂😂
I agree with you but i gotta agree on the comments of them wanting the ends of their beans cut off, it can be hard to chew if you're not used to it.
Beans is life
That’s what I thought it’s crazy how they make such a big deal abt taking off 2 tips on like 8 green bean sticks 😂
Is it just me Or Is Watching Master Chef addictive? Especially Canada😂
yeah i only watch canada lol
And Australia I can’t stop watching this show
Omg yesssss 😩
I’m American and I’m so drawn to MC Canada. I can recognize virtually every contestant 😅

Me, a European, who has never eaten either of those: "Yeah, who?"

What's this? A masterchef video that ACTUALLY shows who won the challenge?
They already featured this episode's pressure test on the front page, why would they hide who the winner was?

They make a great team👍👍❤️❤️❤️

Jennifer uses they/them pronouns now I believe!
Jennifer’s whole culinary story is “My dad died when I was 20 and I win competition.”
Post shooting montages overamplified that story. :/ Actually a lot of contestants described her like really gentle and compassionate friend.
I hate the fact that I can only listen about how good the food is and not actually get to taste the food
Same
I’m obsessed with this show. Wish I could see every episode here in the US :(
They have full episodes online!
Ikr There are a lot of restrictions in canada
Right :( Sometimes I can’t find who actually won the challenge. They never uploaded it :(

LMAO same
They should have pulled it when it was barely undercooked so that the venison would be perfect when it rested. Carryover cooking.
5:21 so polite n grateful. She'd be a wonderful boss in her own restaurant
Till date I never understood how does such a small portion satisfy their appetite 🤔
They need to be in that size so people dont get too full before the next course.

So nice to see wholesome, nice, contestants working together.
Andre is such a good chef!!!
I would like Chef Michel to read to me as I drift off to sleep at night. Anyone else...?

Master Chef Australia and Mastee Chef Canada are the best. The judges and contestants are really good and friendly and not toxic like Master Chef US

Maple syrup and beans?! Oh wait this is Canada
Me remembering my class from grade 5 about the three sisters of the First Nations:
*mutters beans, squash, corn*
I am addicted to this
Really didn't expect that result tbh
This is an amazing episode
A force to be reckoned with - said no one ever
Didn't know CalebCity entered masterchef 🤷♂️🤷♂️
The most canadian thing about this is no one is yelling at each other
I'm just looking at those dishes and thinking "Is that supposed to be a meal? Thats like 200 calories worth of food max"
They look at the plates and think, where is the main meal?
Any episode with Jennifer is a great one, like if you agree !
She is the most genuine, intelligent, and down to earth in that kitchen!
I actually really like Andre. I hope he wins this season.

I mean, here its kinda a necessity. I mean, with the amount of time available and the amount of guests it would be hard to cook large portions

seeing them use bannock as croutons makes me want to cry.
