Upgrades for my Ender 3:
Custom spool holder with bearings, there are many similar designs online.

Works perfectly while it's new, after the top layer wore down a bit,
I started using Elmer's glue sticks to help with bed adhesion, which works wonders.
Extruder wheels:

The original wheel wears down quite fast, unlike these.
