- Take a walk with me around Goa Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region of the Philippines. During my walk, the light sporadic rain showers were coming from Tropical Storm Paeng (nalgae). This was my first time in Goa Camarines Sur, and I hope to come back with an update video when I have better weather, so let's see what happens. I spend my summer vacations in Goa with my cousins and friends. A bright spot in my life. Went swimming and running around without fear of anything. Never once encountered an NPA.Maybe I have not done anything wrong so they don't bother me. I think NPAs there are more idealistic. I hope our insurgency comes to an end so tourism will flourish to the benefit of all.
