The question about breaking into motorsport is why I was listening, I love Larry's work and have watched TST and Hoonigan for years. the advice about following a small local team is spot on! I have been with a tiny team that races Rallycross all over the UK, it's been a free gig but now I have a chance (hopefully!) to work for the championship, I'm literally going through the sample images as I listen to this. Love the channel.

The last Nissan to have a turbo and manual was the B17 Sentra SR Turbo and Nismo. I wish they did more with them from the factory. I have an SR Turbo and I absolutely love it but I wish they did more 😔
Man... I'm a big Z32 fan, I only got out of owning one recently, but holy fuck, there are so many different car channels that just love the Z32 as of very recently. Prices are starting to get turned up a little, people really did love these cars, yet when I owned them (very clean examples) I felt like I was one of the few. These cars are awesome. I will for sure be buying another.
Yes a 240 but not a Z.... more like the 240 SX way more similar than the Z. That’s not necessarily bad thing. It does not have that cab back n longer looking hood like the original 240Z had. This cabin is more centered as in the SX or you could say it’s a good representation of the 300ZX non turbo from 90’s😎👍 A badass 300Z TT hopped up super fast modified nothing could hang on the highway 3rd gear punch . Next came the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 also boosted with haltek and boost controller same w/Dodge Stealth same engine basically also all wheel drive car.
Regarding Matt's comment of cars being an outfit and that your choice of vehicle says something about you stylistically While I wish this could apply to me, as a broke 22 year old it simply does not. Every vehicle I have owned (not including my e46 wagon) was only bought because it was available and within reach. Not everyone has the privilege of choosing a vehicle that suits their style.
THIS IS A CAR ENTHUSIAST SHOW, BUD - I'm sorry you can't afford the car you want, but come on. We are very privileged, yes. But making a basic assumption that, at some point, an enthusiast is going to buy an enthusiast car, is not privileged. To listen to a show about cars and then call someone with the luxury of buying the car they want to buy (at any price point) privileged is just... what are we even supposed to do with that?
Enthusiasts are almost all hard working people. I’m not saying you aren’t, but your time will come if it hasn’t already. What’s stopping you from working with what you’ve got? I have a yaris and believe me it wasn’t my first choice but I’ve been slowly modding it to make it my own. I have bills and a minimum wage job but what I have been able to do I’ve worked lots of hours and saved little by little for. Some mods are cheaper than you might think, too
yeah it's a killer deal, 2 hours of content with only 4 minutes of ads at the beginning! My favorite podcasts have like 6-8 minutes of ads, minimum! The things we do for YOU!

I like tinting my windows to help block the sun instead of always relying on sunglasses. Plus it enhances the cars look
