I do not understand how people get so good with her. She is so stressful to play since you have one shot to kill anyone right next to you or other snipers "usually". I have over 700 hours total playtime of Widowmaker but I have never made it out of diamond and am usually in plat. Every time a flanker or someone is directly shooting me my hands start shaking like crazy and I can no longer precisely control my movements causing me to almost always lose long range and short range duels since I am usually effective when someone has not noticed me but even then if my team is losing the battle my hands also start to shake.
Thomas Hansknecht you either got to get a better sitting position, stop caring as much or be more confident. I’m a 3400 player on my main and got my alt account which is level 50 to the same rank. Everyone on my team thought I was a god tier smurf after a few good headshots and that confidence boost made me play like cookie for a game.
From my experience dont focus too much on hitting your shots. Be confident in your aim. If you focus on needing to hit headshots youll pay too much attention to your crosshairs and you will try to do it too manually and youll miss. This happens to me a lot when im playing tired, i miss shots because im tired and then miss even more because i start trying to hit shots. Theres also things that make hitting shots easier which i (since im on console) have to master to play well. I wont go in to too much detail on that but its a lot of crosshair placement and predictable movement (almost everybody jumps. A lot. Use that. When people jump it puts them in a more predictable movement and thats abusable as widow. Pay attention to it sometime and youll notice how much people jump) I dont know if its a big help on pc tbh but theres a sens that makes your ads and hipfire the same sens as widow. I feel like using this would be better as a mouse and keyboard player but i use it on console anyways. (Its the relative aim while zoomed one put to 37.89 if i remember correctly) What makes aiming easier also is game sense. Basicly knowing how people play and how to play against which heroes. Karq has a good video on it if you havent seen that already. In it he has a widow player giving tips against every hero. Your positioning is also key. When you start doing these better your should have an easier time in hitting shots in general since its shots made easier. I mean this is such an important one which everyone should already know: the highground gives advantages, use it. When youre on the highground youll see more of the enemies head while they will see less of yours. It makes it easier to hit shots. This is all from my experience, widow is my 2nd most played hero with around 95 hours total and im trying to make her my most played now. My career high is 3997 (though ive been playing in mid diamond since i came back from a half year break). My smurfs usually have around a 33% crit shot accuracy though when i make them. I play on xbox one with controller so take my advice as you will. I hope it atleast helps a little maybe. Just be confident in your aim, dont stress duals
@@tsvh383 Thanks for the advice. I do tend to find myself missing way more frequently when I begin to over think my shots especially when I fear a miss may end in death. I will look at karq's video on game sense as well since I fear I die a little too quickly and dying is the worst thing to do in Overwatch.
Even if I doubt him using aimbot, I still believe that he is pretty good at widow. Probably a young prodigy who manages high sens. But why aren't these god widow players on owl
Also he got a pretty high latency and could still hit those. That's a little abnormal. Idk if u guys saw but when he played on low latency which is part of this vid, enemy characters are a bit shaky and their movement is not smooth. Just saying
130ms i asume is playing on a different server. Im from europe (console) and i play on 19ish ms since i have really good internet normally but when playing at 2-3am ish in things like widow deathmatch it switches to american servers often. When that happens i always play around 120-130ms. I think it was kabaji who also had a smurf for on a different server which he named the ms he gets on that server which was like 150 or something. I dont know anything about this guy cheating and im bad at detecting that but i do know that servers give that difference he has so its a possibility
He doesn't cheat lmao, I have him added on discord, he just plays Kovaak's aim trainer 24/7, seen him stream his kovaaks runs multiple times. He's legit.

He is EU player. When he had 130ms he was qing NA. It's awkward, but on 130 ping it feels easier to aim certain shots.
