You can tell just by the deleted scenes, there was much thought and love put into filming this, specially with all the additional plot points and such like why 89bats quit being Batman, the speed running love in the bat cave the additional Wayne manor scenes with the crazy ceiling painted hell look, as well as the idea Bruce tried time travel before, this has an amazing movie inside it.
Can you imagine the Iris in the alternate timeline finding out that Young Barry has fallen in love all of a sudden with Kara? He said the two were dating in this reality. This deleted scene adds more depth to why he wanted to save Kara over and over again. He was in love with her.

*sigh* No. Sloppy. If anything, it just means it WAS nothing to QuickSilver and he is more powerful... which is a shame, because that is not the case. The writers, producers, Director forgot or didn't know that Flash also gains force and mass with his speed. The Flash, himself, is like a bullet and could have easily matched it's force. He also can absorb kinetic energy. He could have just touched the bullet and it would have safely dropped to the ground. Intriguing scene, definitely, but it's just another example of how poorly handled the entire live-action DC was, how they don't understand their characters and just how confused the DC fans are.
Funny how the deleted scene inside the Batwing is actually adding something to the plot. Almost all deleted scenes would have made it a much better movie.
The thing about Bruce giving up being Batman after killing a criminal front of his kid is an interesting direction to go with. But before I saw this, I was thinking maybe it had to do with how Penguin framed Batman for killing the Ice Princess in "Batman Returns". Yes, Penguin was exposed for being evil, but we never saw Batman clear his name for it and proved it was Penguin that killed her. I mean, I guess everyone did find out he didn't do it since the bat signal turns on at the end of the film. The reason why I was thinking this was because Fanscription from Channel Awesome goes with this storyline for what if Tim Burton made "Batman Forever".

But sadly, uninformed idiots and fake fans who just watch the Nolan films and CW shows are deluded in thinking "batman never kills" while they sniff glue and eat crayons.

What that, there are two possible explanations here: 1. Young Barry is not strong enough to deflect an object with such a large momentum like a bullet. Speedsters would usually avoid projectiles than changing their paths. 2. This version of Barry is yet to learn the full potential of the Speed Force.

They should have: - Located Kara living as a regular girl in suburbia as an adopted child, similar to Clark Kent's upbringing - Gone as a group to Arkham Asylum to break out Killer Croc, Solomon Grundy and Clay Face - Convince the villains that if they don't help against Zod, the whole world will be destroyed - Go to Zod and kick his but completely, but Kara dies every time no matter how things go - Batman realizes by the young Flash's emotion and attitude what is happening and tries to help older Flash to stop him from repeating the event over and over - Black Flash appears and kills or wounds Batman - Rest of the ending (without the unnecessary cameos)
Kara would still become Supergirl as when she was sent away to help Kal-El, in this version she was the one who got to earth first and Kal-El was found and killed by Zod. Kara would still become Supergirl because of her directives to protect Kal-El, she discovers her powers and goes to find him. Croc, Grundy and Clayface aren't the type to care if the world is about to end, not to mention the fact that what they're fighting are Kryptonians, they would get obliterated quicker than anybody. Lastly, why would *Dark* Flash kill Batman? Isn't it his goal to save his friends from dying? He didn't even want to kill Barry, he was trying to stop him from trying to undo his never-ending attempt to save everyone, you can even see him in the movie trying to convince Flash to help because "he got it all figured out".
@@siphonophores - Yes, she would eventually become Supergirl, but in this version she is still young, so she could have chosen to just live as a teenager for a while as Clark did (the idea is that she kind of took his place in the timeline), or not, she could have an alter-ego or whatever too and still be flying around saving people in her free time. - Croc, Grundy and Clayface could have been convinced to fight if they were promised their freedom, or Batman could have just kidnapped them and drugged them, then dropped them into the fray just as they were waking up or something, forcing them to fight Zod's men. - Dark Flash would have hurt/killed Batman by accident. This is hardly a deal breaker though, Batman could easily live too.

Props to them for removing some of the cringey dialogue but it appears this film was doomed from the writers room lmao. That said the scenes of past Barry progressively getting used to his powers should have been left in. Some of them were actually pretty cool and fill in some character development for both Barrys. The Flash is OP but becoming a good speedster should be hard. Final cut makes it look too easy. They could have made the baby microwave scene a bit shorter to include the firing squad scene at least lol.

I wish we got to see this timeline's version of Nora one more time at the end of the film. In the Flashpoint comic, Barry meets up with her and tells her what happened to her in the original timeline. Nora says she accepts her fate and then she tells him something else that he needed to hear which I can't remember. As amazingly well done the scene was in this movie with Barry and Nora in the grocery store, I wish we got that scene from the comic. Imagine if this version of Nora told teen Barry and Dark Flash she accepts her fate. Dark Flash would still refuse, but Nora would tell him "You have to let go".
these deleted scenes absolutely bump up the movie. Still- it's clear that it's pieces of past scripts/visions that were scrapped and stitched up together to then be what is the final product; there was a great flash movie somewhere here, one of the scripts/visions that were re-purposed, these bits further prove that.

My Blu Ray copy does not have any deleted scenes but the back of the 4K release says that it has them. But does it contain that one? Scene 88 is why I don't like Keaton's Batman. Why did this Batman, a psychotic murderer, kill a thug in front of their kid? He had no problem with killing the man who ruined his life and yet he moved on, still murdering Penguin's henchmen, just so he stopped being Batman after killing a criminal who was also a parent.

- Batman realizes by the young Flash's emotion and attitude what is happening and tries to help older Flash to stop him from repeating the event over and over
- Black Flash appears and kills or wounds Batman
- Rest of the ending (without the unnecessary cameos)
Kara would still become Supergirl as when she was sent away to help Kal-El, in this version she was the one who got to earth first and Kal-El was found and killed by Zod. Kara would still become Supergirl because of her directives to protect Kal-El, she discovers her powers and goes to find him.
Croc, Grundy and Clayface aren't the type to care if the world is about to end, not to mention the fact that what they're fighting are Kryptonians, they would get obliterated quicker than anybody.
Lastly, why would *Dark* Flash kill Batman? Isn't it his goal to save his friends from dying? He didn't even want to kill Barry, he was trying to stop him from trying to undo his never-ending attempt to save everyone, you can even see him in the movie trying to convince Flash to help because "he got it all figured out".

- Yes, she would eventually become Supergirl, but in this version she is still young, so she could have chosen to just live as a teenager for a while as Clark did (the idea is that she kind of took his place in the timeline), or not, she could have an alter-ego or whatever too and still be flying around saving people in her free time.
- Croc, Grundy and Clayface could have been convinced to fight if they were promised their freedom, or Batman could have just kidnapped them and drugged them, then dropped them into the fray just as they were waking up or something, forcing them to fight Zod's men.
- Dark Flash would have hurt/killed Batman by accident. This is hardly a deal breaker though, Batman could easily live too.

2:31 was the most ridiculous of Young Barry's laugh. I mean, there were moments when I was entertained by it, but I can tell that the laugh in that scene is one of the reasons why they felt like they needed to delete it.

Here it is shown that there was a small fight between the main Barry and the Dark Flash. It was probably abandoned at the time of filming. So there is no such scene in any form.

Props to them for removing some of the cringey dialogue but it appears this film was doomed from the writers room lmao. That said the scenes of past Barry progressively getting used to his powers should have been left in.
Some of them were actually pretty cool and fill in some character development for both Barrys. The Flash is OP but becoming a good speedster should be hard. Final cut makes it look too easy.
They could have made the baby microwave scene a bit shorter to include the firing squad scene at least lol.

I wish we got to see this timeline's version of Nora one more time at the end of the film. In the Flashpoint comic, Barry meets up with her and tells her what happened to her in the original timeline. Nora says she accepts her fate and then she tells him something else that he needed to hear which I can't remember. As amazingly well done the scene was in this movie with Barry and Nora in the grocery store, I wish we got that scene from the comic. Imagine if this version of Nora told teen Barry and Dark Flash she accepts her fate. Dark Flash would still refuse, but Nora would tell him "You have to let go".

these deleted scenes absolutely bump up the movie. Still- it's clear that it's pieces of past scripts/visions that were scrapped and stitched up together to then be what is the final product; there was a great flash movie somewhere here, one of the scripts/visions that were re-purposed, these bits further prove that.

Imo the scene where barry talks about kara felt abit too random and out of place, especially in the movie the scene is supposed to take place in, it is kinda important later on but the scene itself could definitely be improved that my opinion tho.

My Blu Ray copy does not have any deleted scenes but the back of the 4K release says that it has them. But does it contain that one? I can’t find any info about this anywhere so any help would be appreciated.

Scene 88 is why I don't like Keaton's Batman. Why did this Batman, a psychotic murderer, kill a thug in front of their kid? He had no problem with killing the man who ruined his life and yet he moved on, still murdering Penguin's henchmen, just so he stopped being Batman after killing a criminal who was also a parent.
Just like Patrick Stewart's Professor X from Multiverse of Madness, this Keaton's Batman is not the same from 89 and Returns. Just another variant from thousand in the Multiverse played by the guy who previously played the role in past movies.

not often am i glad deleted scenes were deleted. that said adding them wouldn't have changed how bad this movie came out being but still it's incredible. that said there were some interesting scenes like them speculating over Keaton's batman and also the teaser for supergirl with her suit if only she wasn't revealed in the trailer......so much potential
