Nesq4104 Hello I saw your response, did you get this center speaker hooked up? If so your thoughts. I have been looking at this one and the Klipsch black label c200 your thoughts?
@@DF-ec9de yes. I have the center hooked up, a few days now. I don't have any other speakers yet as I'm awaiting Polk es55 towers hopefully this week. It's hooked up to a Yamaha v673 receiver. I have been playing older videos games and ran a movie through it just to test clarity. I will say voices are very clear, if that's what you are looking for. I have not had a problem at any volume setting hearing voices clear and clean whether video games or movie. As it is a center I am not making a recommendation for it's music playing capabilities. I did have it hooked up as a left channel at first. It will play music on an average level and I mean average quality as per a speaker. But I didn't judge it on that because it's a center. So far so good. Amazon is selling it for 100 and my local best buy was selling it for close to 400 the past year. So I had to get it. A new model is out so that's why the price is lowered but I doubt there is substantial difference. It has excellent reviews already. I hope I can update you in a few days once I get my towers. I will only be doing a 3.0 system for the immediate future. It's a big center fyi. Also I think I heard the Polk xt center at best buy and this Klipsch was also on display. I wouldn't choose the Polk xt center or really the XT line the audio whether music or movie was a bit harsh and not clean. I would be irritable If I had to listen to them all day. The Klipsch had the 8000 tower too and with the center everything sounded excellent. I will be having a mix and match system. And let my Yamaha ypao balance the sound for me. Also the Polk es center wasn't on sale and overall all speakers would have been out of my budget. I got the es55 for 275 each vs 450 each on prime day and the Klipsch center for 100 vs 400
@@DF-ec9de and to add to my response the voices sounded fairly natural coming from the 52c. Some other centers voices sound like they are coming out of a box
@nesq4104 OK, great, thank you for your response . So would you recommend or a better choice ? I just picked up the Denon S970H on sale, just getting into this world of entertainment.
Obviously my dear friend, we are on TH-cam, not in a recording studio, but what this video seeks is to give an approximation of the tone and color of the sound, particularities in which you do not need to reproduce frequencies not audible to humans, available on high quality formats
This video helped me buy the speaker and I am very satisfied with the sound based on the low price it was selling for. I got it new for 100. It breathed new life into movies, music and vide games. And that is for us people who want good quality sound on a budget without it sounding cheap.
Great review. I just bought one. But waiting on my wires to come

@@DF-ec9de I also posted a long response. Did you see it? I don't see it on my end as being posted?
Like watching a video of a 8k tv on a 1080p monitor
