H2O - Just add water is about three teenage girls who can transform into mermaids.😮
After a night bath in a lake, everything is different and as soon as Cleo, Emma and Rikki come in contact with water, they transform and get a mermaid tail. After further experimentation, the girls also discover they have supernatural powers over water like boiling or freezing water. They try to keep their secret from everyone else which makes their everyday life anything but simple. 🧜♀️🌊

But how many moon pools are in the world. We know that the Mako Island formed on impact with a lunar rock and somehow formed crystals💎 that absorb moonlight. And the mermaids draw their powers from the pool. So the origin of mermaids is probably, thousands of years ago normal girls became mermaids in the pool and gradually discovered the secret of magic.

@@WhiteDiamond3 no, they're not all the same. in mako mermaids, mimmi, a northern mermaid doesnt have jelly powers, and the irish moon pool is located in ireland which is a northern country. Theres also canadian mermaids, as seen in season 2 of mako mermaid, which are basically northern mermaids too, since canada is located in the north.
