I've been realizing from all the learning I've been doing, when your in survival mode, your fearful of everything and or self focused, you don't have time to think of others, because your too consumed with trouble ❤️ When you transform yourself and release the trauma and learn to live in the present moment, enjoy all the experiences around you, and you start to see the people who haven't figured it out yet. I'm so grateful for all the love I have received to start my healing and new life. Love is the greatest command.
This is a core concept in Hindusim/Buddhism. Never try (at least as much as you can) to bring harm/or negativity to someone's life. Try as much as you can to benefit others around you - that is not just benefiting them in material fashion, but you being someone that people look up too and they feel happy whenever you are around. And yes, being 'nice' is seen as weakness and that mindset has to change.
